Dreams

Do you guys ever have dreams in which you SI? I haven't SI'd in a while but earlier this week I had been having a really bad night and was feeling pretty tempted, and finally fell asleep and when I did fall asleep I dreamed that I had SI'ed. It woke me up nearly in tears and really shook me up. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

I had one a couple of years ago. I don't remember the specifics of it, but I woke up with a scratch on my leg (where I SId in my dream.) Scary stuff.

Not necessarily SI, but I do have very messed up dreams. I die and get shot a lot in my dreams.
I've learned that dreams have no power over us beyond what we allow them to have. So find some comfort in that. Sometimes I still wake up wondering what the hell and feeling more tired than when I went to bed. But I just shake it off and start a the new day.

Thats the type of dreams I have. I sometimes have dreams where I die a lot (whether it be in a crash, or getting shot). It's really weird.

Sometimes I feel it depends on the situations one is going through during the time they are having these dreams. For example, one might be more inclined to have these sort of dreams when they are going through rough patches in their lives and more light-hearted and happy dreams when things are going wonderful..well thats mostly the case with me..not sure about everyone else however.

I have day dreams more about it than night dreams.

Yes, I do dream about it. I had a very vivid dream in which I SI'd a couple of nights ago. Probably means I was thinking about it too much I guess :-( Since I'm supposed to have given it up - I shouldn't be thinking about it at all.
