dream about bleeding

I've had a hysterectomy but last night before I woke up I had a dream I was bleeding profusely. I don't know why, except I;m so glad that part of my life with periods is over!

Also this is weird--I had like a seconds dream where our son was going out of town and wanted to know what time for his girlfriend to pick him up. yeah strange

I do believe a lot of this, and our son lives in another state being based in the navy. He does have a girlfriend he's living with as of this month(he's lived with 2 others). We want to see him protected and not get into anything he could regret. This girl has a child from a previous relationship husband or boyfriend don't know. I hope he gets transferred to a place nearer to us at some point.
