what do you do when you have this rock in your heart that you feel can never go away because it will always belong to him?

I don't want to talk about it think about it but that is all I can do, the room becomes so small sometimes i can't even breathe. Its so long so complicated. so dark.

Oh erasa I know your pain. My hubby cheated on me and I know the feeling you feel in your heart. But time really does heal and if you stay focused on God and read his word and pray. He will see you through this. Feel free to PM me if you need to talk.. I've been there..

I'm sorry for the way you're feeling. Try not to let yourself get depressed because it's so hard to get out of depression.

Do something, or read something, or listen to something that will lift your spirits a little bit.

I pray that God will comfort you and give you peace.
