Does your baby kick your bladder?

Sometimes I will feel cute little movements (which I love!) and then immediately after, I feel my bladder filling. I then get to the bathroom and although I feel like I'm going to burst, I only "go" a little bit. Funny, huh? Anyone else experiencing this lovely connection between baby and bladder? :o

P.S. I have also decided that anyone who said you "go" less in the 2nd semester was joking...I go waaaay more than I did in the beginning and my baby is only about 12 oz! I can't imagine what it will be like when the third trimester rolls around...

Yes, the baby kicks a lot in my bladder and it's not all that pleasant! I have to tell him/her to kick elsewhere!

And I agree that whoever said we pee less at anytime during pregnancy doesn't have my pea-sized bladder. I now have to go every half hour or less.

My bub lies on my bladder! i feel like i'm going to wet my pants but like you i get to the loo and like nothing comes out.

I went to the loo alot the whole pregnancy! so i'm with you this whole "it will slow down in 2nd trimester" is not true for all.

Yup, lol I understand that connection. And I LIVE in the bathroom. We probably are going through twice as much water and toilet paper as we did when I wasn't pregnant. I'm definitely looking forward to getting my bladder space back

He only kicked my bladder once and I was already using the bathroom. lol

I've been blessed, I'm in my third trimester and only go every two hours. No, I don't hold it either. I never experienced frequent urination, it's weird!

I know! I'm shocked, honestly, I thought that was a given.

Mine doesn't kick it but every now and then it seems to lie on it. I'll go to the loo and then 10 min later i'll feel like i have to go again but when i do hardly anything comes out lol.

And i don't really go that much more than i used to. The only time i do is at night. I used to go just once but now it's 2 or 3 times. During the day i can go hours without going but then i have to go a couple of times close together.
