Americans can hate Asians, I do not know. But I think that white and asian cultures/races are compatible, because they are similar in almost any important aspect.

curious, what do YOU consider to be American values?

Baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, and Chevrolet! More country leaning and traditional, conservative Christian values, and patriotic and for law and order and gun rights.

I'm not against people from other countries coming here if we have a need. And as long as they respect our country, learn the language, and do it legal, all is good. Pretty well live and let live-it's a big country, just don't make me accept your culture your morality, and don't get in my face protesting all the time, or come on my property doing it, cause it might be your last protest. But I'm older and my generation values are slipping away, just like my running speed.

In Christ there is neither Jew nor Gentile, black or white or even yellow. The people of the world are not able to live together in harmony. Tribalism is alive and well in India, Pakistan, China, Sri Lanka and many other non-white nations. It flourishes in Europe. Australia is no exception. New Zealand is perhaps less divided. It has a very small population.

I think there has to be a shared respect for rights, the law, and obviously other cultures.

I disagree with multiculturalism. I prefer the company of my own race and culture.
