Not if the Bible is true, because it plainly states God hates all sinners.
The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity. (Ps 5:5)
The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth. (Ps 11:5)
These two verses do not teach the popular myth "God hates the sin, but loves the sinner". God will cast all sinners into the lake of fire. (Rev. 21:8)
Are you a believer of this God? Do you know Him? Love Him?

Does God's Word contradict itself? If not then we need to take into consideration all the other verses about God's character before we assume that God LITERALLY hates sinners.
I do agree that God hates the sin and the source of sin, the CARNAL NATURE. The fact is however that God himself subjected his entire creation to the carnal nature so that they could not resist sin. Now if God has hatred for his own creation (mankind) then he only has himself to blame as he is the orgin of ALL.
Colossians 1:16-17 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
now back to this whole hating sinners business.
God sure has a funny way of hating those who sin:
1 Timothy 1:15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that
Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but
that the world through him might be saved.
Luke 7:37-43 And, behold, a woman in the city,
which was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at meat in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster box of ointment, And stood at his feet behind him weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment. Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw it, he spake within himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman this is that toucheth him: for she is a sinner. And Jesus answering said unto him, Simon, I have somewhat to say unto thee. And he saith, Master, say on. There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty. And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most? Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged.
Luke 15:7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one
sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
Luke 18:13-14 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a
sinner. I tell you,
this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that,
while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
