Does God have a sense of humor?

I remember reading "Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy" which made mention of a book called "God's greatest blunders". I really had a good laugh at that, then caught myself...Was I having a laugh at God's expense?

So I asked my priest. He says, "The day I think God has no humor is the day I hang up my vestments."

I asked him if he was prone to just throwing them in heap instead of hanging them up.

It may or not be funny, any of it, but do you think God has a sense of humor?

My goodness Im here and if this aint funny I dont know what is.........I see the animals and they do silly things just because they are what they are. And, if we could not laugh at ourselves we would be hurting a lot more. Plus, When David went to fight Goliath I bet he was thinking God was being silly or Noah building an Ark...man somethings God had the folks in the OT do was down right hillarious. God put in our minds a simple little twinkle that when ever so lightly touched we would smile, laugh or giggle...how else could we stand this sinful nature.

I would like to think that God has a sense of humor... In fact, have you ever seen a squirrel walking across the telephone wires high above a highway? I sometimes imagine that God looks at us and laughs in the same way we laugh at those crafty little squirrels attempting to cross traffic on a thin wire.
