CF seems to have closed down all the spiritual warfare and deliverance forums? I used to enjoy the SW forum and I think a lot of people were helped by it.

Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
Does anyone know why?

It's a shame they felt they had to do that as I was a frequent visitor to the SW section. Oh well...

I can understand a deliverance ministry closing down - on any forum.
I say that becuz I truly believe that deliverance needs to be an IN PERSON experience where follow up progress & certain procedures can be made - often needing to see the person; not in an internet format where anyone can pose as anyone and fake anything they want - or lurk, or get information on others trying to get out of their particular issue etc.
I thought it was dangerous to begin with for a few reasons. Warfare tho.... I'm not sure why that one closed. But I wasn't in there enough to see how it changed for the worse

unfortunately during that whole mess while it was open, I was getting majorly attacked for being against that forum - but they refused to accept that it was for the welfare of them (the sincere ones who mite of actually needed genuine help) that I was against it.
In another chat room I was doing for 10 years prior to CF, we had deliverance issues in our rooms and you were completely unable to properly do deliverance help without seeing them in person.
Further, we suspected that a few of the people who claimed to have MPD were using alternate member names and posing as others. How do you prove who's who? At least in person you can see it's the same person with multiple personalities - not someone posing and wasting your time while laughing at your stupidity for being so gullible.
It's just not a field you can do blindly online imho. I'm glad it's closed for everybody's sake.
But I would of liked warfare to stay open.
