Yeah, if you do, please post here so we can get to know each other better.
You see, I've been wanting to use Dragons as a good way of witnessing to people about Christ. I know this might sound odd, but ALOT of people really like dragons. I am currently working on a storyline that personifies dragons, and I'm going to base it off of the story of Saul/Paul in the Bible. I'm hoping to make an animated movie of it someday. I know this might sound odd, coming from a 15 year old, but I'm really serious about this. I just need people who either know thier dragons, or like to draw them frequently to post and tell me what they think. I'm hoping that God will use me in some way through my art to witness to people, since I love doing both.^^ Pray for me, and this dream! :wave: Thanks for reading, Guys! Luv ya lots! :hug:

I also draw/paint dragons alot. Been doing so for years. :)
The majority of people that like dragons aren't Christian, and, well, not alot of you Chrisitans like dragons.
So naturally, not alot of people who have an affinity for dragons would appreciate you using their favourite mythological creature to preach scripture.
Don't get me wrong, there are probably alot of Christians who conveneintly forgot to read revelations (you know, the babylonian woman riding a dragon or something? I can't remember...)
Reckon you could post one of your drawings? It'd be good to know how much skill you have...

Um, I like to draw dragons. When I think of dragons in correlation with the bible though, it is usually when trying to visualize the Seraphim. It's just not what my brain pieces together when I think of the beast that the harlot rides.

I have a sketch, but I think it's too big to attach. Here's the link though, just incase anyone got squirrely.

Exactly, guys.
You see, this is reaching people who aren't Christians. We can put a biblical-type story in it, and biblical-like morals, but not really actually say directly stuff about God. Hey, Tolkien can do it with Lord of the Rings!^^;
Sure, just go to my gallery-I have about 2 of my dragon drawings on there, and some other kind of dragon-related things.=3
Yes, I'm a cartoonist, but I'd like to make an animation.=3

I dunno, I'm more for putting it all out there and letting people have the whole message. I guess it's just my thing, that honesty. If they aren't going to listen just because of preconcieved notions about God and/or Christianity, then their own judgements are what hold them back. Maybe I'm just a little hard-nosed, but I figure that that is their own problem to deal with, not that I should handle anyone with kid gloves.

I do think that we need some good Christian-friendly literature out there, and awesome graphics are always appreciated.

*wanders off, rambling on and on to self*

I understand what you mean, but unforutnately, that's not the way the world is today. They need guidance. If that little seed is planted through something that they enjoy, they might re-think God and Jesus more, after seeing what a change He can make in people's lives.

Dang...I'd upload my artwork here, but I dont have nearly enough blessings..x_X;
