I take dance classes. I do ballet, tap, jazz, pointe', modern, hip-hop, street, freestyle, and praise/worship dance. I love to dance whether soft and graceful or energetic and funky.

If I got to choreograph for the Halleluya chorus, I would base it on saut de chats, fouettés, arabesques piqués and of course lots of arm mouvements and porte de bras.
I am. But the advantage of your church is that you do dance during the service, and in my church, it would be weared. One older lady goes to the back and dances because she feels like expressing something beyond what her voice box in her throat can express. However, if I find a dance partner, I will experiment with choreographing meditative choreographies. This would be different because it will be more like a choir anthem or a poem, only done in dance. You are so fortunate to attend such a church.
