Does a baseball curve?
Yes.
Curveball Aerodynamics
High pressure is produced on the side of the ball spinning towards the batter. Low pressure is produce on the side spinning away from the batter. The difference in pressure produces aerodynamic lift and changes the flight of the ball compared to the same pitch in a vacuum.
As an experiment, it is really easy to reproduce the effect using a party balloon. Hit the balloon in such a way that it imparts spin and velocity, and notice that you can control the direction that the balloon curves by controlling the spin.
Indeed. Golf is another sport where you can produce quite dramatic curvature on a shot depending on the direction of spin.

Aerodynamics is quite fascinating

Some people have NO sense of humor.Nope.
A pitched ball with the right spin, does indeed move and that has been proven with studies. To the batter and pitcher, the balls is perceived to have moved more than it did, but it most definitely moves.
If you have ever golfed and sliced a ball off the tee that curves right, it is the same principle.
