There are several scapulars that are white, one is for Our Lady of Ransom, started in Spain, I think it was a religious order that bought and freed Christians who were sold into slavery my Muslim pirates, it also has an element of prayers for those in spiritual bondage

There is a Black Scapular associated with the Passionist order

The one you posted looks like it is the Scapular of Immaculate Conception

Basically many orders and devotions have scapulars connected to them
