well you have to understand that just asking God to forgive you of your sins, isn't enough to save you, you have to ask Jesus to save you, and be your Lord

did you ask him to be your savior ?haha and i didnt? i asked god to be my lord many times and didnt get anywhere. your way didnt help my heart in any way whatsoever.
well LORD in all caps means God, and you do have to confess him as Lord, romans 10:9 with your mouthHow important is the annunciation?
Or is the meaning of those words more important?
For instance, is not Lord in this context, meaning King of Israel? And does the king not uphold the law fully, and endorse it? Therefore, is making Jesus Lord, really meaning to fulfill the law at least, and at best I suppose hearing and obeying directly?

They FORGOT TO SAY THE SINNERS PRAYER.. those heathens!
OH god further reading they didnt even get water baptized yet before god gave them the spirit.
Maybe God made a mistake and got trigger happy with his spirit
Exactly what I was going to post
you know...even Paul says he hasn't attained it though.
I mean...sure holy spirit drops down on you, you can still lose it right? Or remission of sins, are we there yet? Jesus - Your sins are forgiven, go and sin no more so that nothing worse comes upon you.
Or look at Samson...
He had the spirit coming upon him...leaving...then coming back. Perhaps it's always there, but we just don't always tap into it.
