Do you name inanimate objects.....??

I was wondering if anyone names their inanimate objects.......

I'm starting to think that I'm the only one!! My family thinks I'm a bit odd as I've named my car Antonio, my yucca tree is called John and my shed is called Murial! To name but a few!!!

I havn't gone as far to name the tv, but to my kids it is a treasured family member!!!!

Not really. I don´t think it´s too weird though. My parents named their first car for instance. When I was drafted I named my rifle - but then - that´s something everyone does...
I have named a few of my computers through the years. That´s about it though.

Its mainly only cars that i give names to... my old van was Louisa the L300. But it depends on their voice (their horn sound) to tell whether its a boy or girl name to give them.

Cars, trucks, and guns.

My current truck is "Charlie" and my favorite guns are "Amy" and "Fear No Evil."

Oh, and computers. But computer names cannot be said in polite company.

I name my stuffed animals, lol. They all have names. It's more fun to name objects than not, most of the time, lol.

I got to admit I do have fun naming everything!!! My daughter pinched all my stuffed animals, but I still have my dolls, Sarah and Mary!

And I get sad when they get 'sick'. Poor old Antonio (the car) is poorly and it's been looking like he'll have to be put down, but I've decided, no matter the cost, I'm going to get him well!! Hopefully the doctor (mechanic) will come tommorrow as he's too sick to drive!!
