Yes.

Second generation on my mother's side. My grandmother and grandfather both moved here in their pre or early teens.

One could call it an arranged marriage. In a very different sense. Grandmother moved out here and granddad and his family came to visit. It seems his parents saw how in love they were that they decided to move to Los Angeles also.

Yes. My parents moved to Los Angeles in 1945. I was born in 1959. I love the weather here. I am too weak for the cold. I can handle heat better than I can cold.

I've lived in SoCal practically all my life. When my dad was serving in the Navy, we lived in the Navy housing in Long Beach, CA during the early 60s.

My family moved to the Philippines in 66 but moved back to SoCal in 1969. My wife and I spent 2012-2014 in NorCal due to employment needs. But God opened the way for us to return to SoCal and I'm so glad to be back!
