Do YOU have a crush on anyone?

My only real problem with the word is how informal it is. If one were writing an academic paper on this subject, it would be impossible to use the word "crush."

I did after I found her at Facebook after losing sight of her for eight years. She was already ignoring me though, so that just continued. It may be part of why I am so bitter.

Infatuation sounds too much like an obcession or something that goes way too far.

I like romantic interested but I don't think infatuation is a good word.

Actually yes I do. . .

I'm not sure how it will turn out though. I see her every Friday. Yesterday I talked to her and asked her what she was doing all weekend cause I was going to ask her out then. But she told me that she had volunteered to work this weekend because they paid more cause of memorial day.

Its really tough because I want to get a time when she is free but she doesn't even know her own schedule in advance and is always on call for work.

If all else fails I will ask her to ask for a day off or something to go see Randy Travis with me on July 5.

haha, she's got like one song that became popular. I've actually listen to some of her others and they deal a lot with love and crushes. There's one called "Can You Hear Me" that pretty much describes what everyone wants to say to their crush.

Cool have fun! If you are ever up at your parents place some weekend and you want to do something, let me know. Cause its not that far of a drive.

I am familiar with that song. I belive she's in bed thinking about the guy and wondering if he can hear her thoughts about him.

I belive she had three semi-popular songs, "I want to fall in love", "I would go anywhere with you." and "Come a little closer". I used to be a big fan of hers when I was a teenager. But after 3 albums you never really heard anything more from her. I occasionally check back at her websites and see how she is doing. I know she got married and I think was trying to find a new record company to take her on. Apparently that hasn't worked thus far.

I think my favorite is one of her not so popular ones early in her career "Just one little kiss" either that or a less popular one on her last album called "Because of you"

Yeah my mom and I want to hit at least one this year. We'd kind of like to drive all the way to Iowa City and see them play in Iowa City. But thats quite a drive just to be in Kinnick stadium. So if we don't do that we will probably end up going to the Purdue game. You never know we could always do both.

But a lot is dependent on my mom's health. In early March she almost died and had a 5 way bypass done and was in the hospital for a month. (3 weeks, mostly unconcious on a resperator with about a million IV's.) So we still have to make sure she doesn't strain herself too much and she has quite a difficult time walking up or down stadium steps.

When we went to the game against IU, they had the golf carts there and those where extremely helpful. However there really wasn't anything they could do inside the stadium.

We did get some pretty good seats though.
