In this context, I define "good" as a good match. When a woman says she wants a good man, she really means she wants a compatible man. To me, a "good woman" is a woman who I feel attracted to and like to be around, who feels the same way about me.

Exactly. When I think (I usually don't say it or type it because I don't want to offend anyone) "where are all of the good guys?", I am referring to a good guy who is compatible with me.

And to answer the question of the thread: no crushes currently.

wierd crush story- There was a guy that used to go to my church and everyone tried to get us together. It was a bad time for it- i thought he was cute, but i had just broken up with my ex and was just in a bad place. People told me he really liked me but he never ever talked to me or let on- i think he was really shy too. He no longer goes to my church, but I keep seeing him around. About a year ago, i pulled up to a stoplight and he was in the car beside me. This past week I went to an art exhibit in Atlanta and when i walked in, there he was in the line ahead of me. I was too shy to say anything He was with his mom and i was with family so i'm sure that awkward for him. He kept looking at me but trying to not make it seem like he was looking at me. It was just weird, i kept trying to catch his eye to say hi, but it didn't work.

Well I think it's weird i keep seeing him around, but until we are both in a position to actually talk to each other, get to know each other, etc, then it really doesn't mean a lot to me. I don't really know for sure if he ever liked me , he'd have to like make it known. Even when he did go to my church, i tried to talk to him and be friendly. Either he's really tremendously shy or he didn't really like me. He just would never engage with me at all, but then i'd hear from other people that he liked me. I can't and won't chase after a guy. I need a guy to initiate otherwise i feel like i'm trying to control the situation. I think he's cute and that he's a good man, but i don't want to force him to like me or even feel like that.

A guy who I've suspected has had a crush on me for a very long time and is still showing interest...I met him last year during orientation and although he goes to another college now, we've seen each other many times...and have hung out a bit. He's just a really nice guy.. you know?
