Unless you can meet those types of criteria, or have something very unique about you I won't look at you in a romantic way at all; just the way it's always been with me.

Of course not. I don't want a clone. But when I stand on stage and belt out my soul, I want a guy who can look at me and think "Wow, that's awesome, she's feeling it!" not someone who's looking at his watch and thinking "Hmm, wonder if I can fix that leaky pipe when I get home..."

I understand and appreciate the variety of personalities in the world. I really do. But I know enough about myself, to know that I would be endlessly bored and frustrated with a practical, logical, passion-less guy. There is a woman out there for a guy like that. It's just not me I want the love songs, love poems, whispered endearments, passionate declarations. And that's just how it is

Tonight K and I had dinner together. She said she wasn't sure if she was going to be able to make it, so we set it an hour later. I waited a while and she wasn't there, so I called her, and it turned out she had fallen asleep (which I knew ahead of time) and hadn't set her alarm. She asked if I still wanted to have dinner, and I said sure, and so she came perhaps 15 minutes later.

We had a good long dinner and chatted about grace, faith, witnessing to friends, etc. The best part though was she said, "I'd like to read Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God."
