I grew up in the Assemblies of God. Though I no longer attend there, I DO know that they base MOST of their doctrine on the book of Acts...

Interesting, I think the only "safe" doctrine is found throughout the New Testament. That's the doctrine of Jesus Christ as the Elect's Savior and the Fella that died for our sins. I can see no reason for it to matter which book they get it from, but I also see nothing wrong with any Book in God's Word. Just my opinion.

I believe the complete Bible is Gods Word including Acts . I heard a Preacher say about how some groups pick a verse out like Acts 2:4 like Cammie said and build a doctrine on that one&nbsp;experience&nbsp;.&nbsp;
