Not to mention the only proof the evolutionists seem to present to the public and our children has been proven wrong no less than 50 years ago...
Umm....which evidence is that then? More proof of people being deceived by creationist lies methinks.

dating fossils by the strata they are in....
dating the strata by the fossils in it.... hrmmm a bit circular for true scientific logic eh?

If you were shown that the entire geologic column exists in North Dakota would you question your sources and reconsider the information that they give you?
Considering I visit ND quite often, Yes....I'd take a look at it...dig through it and certainly not date it by the fossils in it ;)

Just the name and publisher would be fine. After all, if it contains the bogus information you listed, a letter to the publisher would be in order. It is a really poor science book.

Here you go. No problem with the dating by the fossils since that has nothing to do with determining the geologic column.

The claim that it only exists in textbooks is what is being examined here. That is simply not the case.

ironic they're estimating the dating of the strata on estimations of the few fossils that were there and located elsewhere in the USA...I'll keep reading...but reread the italics under the article for yourself....
circular logic at it again...

I must have missed that part. Perhaps you could copy and paste the part you think is circular logic or ironic or where they discuss dating of the strata

The geologic column is determined by materials in the sediment and deposits. The article outlines where each of these layers is found in North Dakota.

This should cause you to question your sources but I doubt it will. Your sources want to misinform you and when new evidence like this comes to light, they will do nothing to inform you of it and will continue to make their claims even if they are untrue.

You need to read the article more carefully. It clearly shows that the claim that the column only exists in text books is false. It exists in North Dakota.
Do you disagree? Why? What specific information leads you to believe that the entire column does not exist in North Dakota? What part is missing? Please be specific.

OKay I will post it this evening when I get back to work...I'm going home in less than 10 minutes...not enough time to make an answer readable...let alone understandable...
and, please, give me a little credit for being somewhat open minded....sheesh you're as dogmatic as a rabid fundamentalist wiht your skepticism ;)

It doesn't qualify as a theory by the scientific method as I understand it. Since origins are not testable, (by dint of the fact that we can't go back to our origins to test them), they can't even be hypothesized about. That being said, I believe evolution qualifies as merely a philosophy.
This is just my understanding of the scientific method.

And that gets us nowhere, for when there is a difference of opinion among Christians, who can say which are hearing correctly the witness of the Spirit?

Those that display the fruits of the spirit,(love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, self control.)
Those who do the work of the spirit, show the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. (drink poison but not die, pick up deadly snakes without bein' bit)

I will speak for Gwenyfur in that the theory of evolution is still using out-dated disproven info in their books. The common fetis "alikeness" thingy-chart is emensly biased.
