I know there's a decent number of ppl around here who know a little bit about hardcore [or at least hard rock] stuff, and even a few who truely know somethings about the hXc scene. So I was wondering who knows what a circle pit is?
I love circle pits! ..even though they only last for a few sec then everyone breaks out full-on dancing. But who knows what I'm talking about?

I tried to get into hXc a while back, I just couldn't do it, wasn't my style. Though I love the way they dance as long as they don't start spazzing out and rolling on the floor.. then it just gets weird.

a real circle pit is when, someone in the pit or the lead singer of a band starts spining his finger around in the air. Then everyone in the pit breaks out running in a huge circle punching the air.

not trying to be a smartbutt, just getting the terms right

also we should start a list of our fave HXC dance moves

mine is "picking up change" or "windmills"

Sweet deal. Yeah, I figured you'd be one of those to really know what a circle pit is.

Yeah, I know it's a bit lame, but I'm a fan of the hXc 2-step, myself. I'm trying to learn to do it right. My bro taught me a couple moves once [some I remember how to do], but now he lives hours away so I don't get many "lessons" in hardcore dancing anymore.
