I've seen little KJV Bibles and swords on sell in the armor department, but do they do anything? Can you actually use the KJV Bible to look up verses, or is it just an icon?

It's just an icon. They're fun little things to display and personalize your posts with a little more. Incidentally, there is a specific forum for asking site questions. (I've really got to learn how to link to it in a post.) This is the Rec room and is for games ONLY.

Depends

For some it causes quest to be started
For others nothing but fun
and yet for others, they dont even see them.
