Alright, I posted a couple of weeks ago about someone asking about my ring size. Well, I'm still wondering what he meant by it, he has asked me for it twice, but has given me absolutely no clue as to why. Now, do I ask him about it, or do I just let it go, and wait it out?

I'm dyin here!!!


By the way, I did ask him why right after he asked but said he couldn't tell me.

Well, I tried to be subtle when he asked, and kinda trick him to giving me a clue, but he didnt get that, lol. So, maybe I do just have to suck it up and ask for a clue.

Yeah, I think I just need to suck it up and ask him. Unfortunately I dont know his friends very well, and I dont know how comfortable I am asking. And it is possible that only he knows the reason. But if I have already asked him each time when he asked for my ring size it wouldn't be pushy to ask again?

I agree with the poster above ... I know it's tough, but try not to ask your friend what his plans are ... he probably wants to "surprise" you, and it wouldn't be fair to ruin the surprise.

Of course, that doesn't stop you from speculating here with us. .... My bet is that your friend bought you a pretty ring and is planning to give it to you on Valentines Day!! Wouldn't that be special? Are you prepared to court him if he asks you?

I know, I did give him a deadline in my mind of Valentine's Day, we'll see what happens. But I CAN'T get my hopes up, I so dont want to be disappointed. Anyway, if it is in fact to start a relationship I would say yes, so I guess I just have to wait for him now
