I attended an RC mass a couple of years ago & the priest actualy said "This is Jesus!" as he held up the wafer in cerimonial sacrifice.
Then they ate Him.

I recieved it at my father's funeral mass out of respect for him & his family.
Other than that I haven't in over a few decades at least.
