Dizziness

I am really dizzy today. I already have balance issues. I have had balance issues for 10 years. But today I'm really really dizzy. I went to check my mail and it was very hard to walk over there. I made it by leaning on the fences. And I actually made it up the stairs leaning on the railings. But it was extremely difficult.
