I recently heard a series of sermons by John MacArthur bashing reformed folk for mostly being A or post mil. Now J Mac is not in this boat but I'd say most pre trib pre mil folks are Arminian, whether they call themselves that or not is irrelevant. So, how can you believe there will be glorified resurrected saints roaming around the earth alongside unregenerate, mortal, god hating sinners, while Jesus Christ is ruling from Jerusalems temple and still affirm that those sinful people are willingly choosing not to bend the knee to Christ?
