I am a child of divorce, and I moved A LOT (20 times by age 18) so I can relate to being in unfamiliar areas some. Since your husband cheated, you can't even find him to serve papers of divorce, and you have little money......I will post a link to start divorce papers for uncomplicated divorces (no kids, no property). I have never recommended divorce to people (it is a tricky line to walk when you don't have all the facts), and I am neither recommending nor discouraging it now....I just want to provide you with the information that might help you best with the decision you have made.

Go to any search engine and type "cheap" + "divorce"

Also, do you have to publish in a big fancy newspaper, or can you get an ad in a cheaper, maybe less read paper. Call around, and check with your lawyer (if you have one). There are many lawyers in the United states that do pro-bono work, menaing they help you for free. Or, check with the shelter and see if they can hook you up with one to help with the paperwork on your divorce. Also, the site #2 I listed said you have access to a lawyer by phone 24 hrs a day.

I am really- really tired to live. It's like all you do in this life is only fighting to survive plus on top of everything going through so much pain.

Well, I worked two days at my new job at the caffeteria with a kids 20 years old. And seems like they not happy to see new face (which is me) because they keep complain why would the managment keep hiring new people. They worry about their hours and tips which is not a big deal anyway. They have their own circle of friends with whom they start this job and do party but me i am 34 I don't feet in there groop.They alredy told me today that this place is not good for me if I have a high rent and that I have to try other company's.
Now I defenetly can see that I won't be able to take care of rent next month.
Finaly my boyfriend ot ex.boyfriend now took care of this month but he told me that next month I am on my own. He asked me to wait for him till he quit his job so that nobody would interap into our relationship anymore. So, now he is without the job, his car is broken down, he has no cell phone but he lives with his parents. He promissed to come and spend some time with me but he never did, he stoped even to call me, this thursday Iam going to have my birthday and he knows about that. He knows that I have nobody to be with on this special day. ANd he disapeared. I just can't stop thinking and crying everyday. Why is that so hurt ! He knows that I am hurt now but he been so ignoring. So many words, promisses and hope he brought into my lifeand distroyed everything with the pain.
