Hello i was just wanting to know if some one would help me make my photo look better you see i only have MS paint and i cant do much with it.

so could some one help me please? here is the picture of me i want to make look better.

as for the photo... not much one could do with that, it's washed out, try doing another one outside on a cloudy day with [size=-1] Kodachrome 200[/size] at 5ft distance with a dark backdrop (wall) or something.
