Only Divine Liturgy (which includes vigil services), and Pre-sanctified Liturgy (held during Lent). Vespers and Matins are technically part of the Divine Liturgy which follows. There are other restrictions, such as it is not possible to serve more than one Liturgy on the same altar in one day. Some Churches have a side Chapel where another Liturgy can be served if necessary. Is the Eucharist served at every service?
every Liturgy. all the other services of the day are tied to the Liturgy. Is the Eucharist served at every service?
it can be served by a deacon, but can only be consecrated by a bishop or priest.I'm presuming the Eucharist can only be served by a priest or bishop, correct?
My personal proof of transubstantiation is the fact that I cannot, in any way shape or form, consume bread of any kind. However, when I partake in the eucharist, nothing happens no matter how much I consume if given to me; that is really my greatest evidence for the Eucharist personally, as I can attest to its supernatural ability to transform.I've had dried prosforo go bad.

What is prosphora?prosphora isn’t the Eucharist
it’s the bread the Eucharist (the Lamb), the commemorations, and the blessed bread used to ensure the Eucharist is consumed (antidoron) is cut from. antidoron is often called prosphora. What is prosphora?
It's the bread that is baked for the purpose of being used for the Eucharist. Prosphora means "offering".What is prosphora?
So you are referring to antidoron in post #28 and not the Eucharist?it’s the bread the Eucharist (the Lamb), the commemorations, and the blessed bread used to ensure the Eucharist is consumed (antidoron) is cut from. antidoron is often called prosphora.
ThanksIt's the bread that is baked for the purpose of being used for the Eucharist. Prosphora means "offering".
Antidoron means "instead of the gift". It is prosphora that has been blessed. Only part of the prosphora is consecrated for the Eucharist and is referred to as the lamb.
yesSo you are referring to antidoron in post #28 and not the Eucharist?
What exactly do you mean by "to ensure the Eucharist is consumed"?it’s the bread the Eucharist (the Lamb), the commemorations, and the blessed bread used to ensure the Eucharist is consumed (antidoron) is cut from. antidoron is often called prosphora.
we eat antidoron and drink a little wine to ensure the Eucharist is swallowed. What exactly do you mean by "to ensure the Eucharist is consumed"?
Interesting, but I've received at numerous different churches and we never drank wine afterward.we eat antidoron and drink a little wine to ensure the Eucharist is swallowed.
Yup. That’s what I thought.
Don’t some Coptic churches drink water after communing?we eat antidoron and drink a little wine to ensure the Eucharist is swallowed.
