Yes, The Lord, omni-present, omniscient and omni-potent does not have the sense of time that we have... when you have no beginning and no end there is no yesterday. The Lord moves through time as He wills, so yes He knows the beginning from the end. He chose everyone He made and He allows us to respond to Him and one day we who have responded will be with Him eternally.
