LDS Did God get the name of the church wrong?

That still doesn't answer the question.
Why didn't the "true church" start out with the right name?
God is not a God of confusion.
So who was confused God or Joseph Smith?

Joseph Smith revealed the right name from the start - the Church of Christ.
Real name of God's true Church is Church of Christ.
But Joseph Smith decided TO ADD more words to the RIGHT TRUE name. He asked God if he can do it? God said: "I am Jesus Christ and I approve this message".

I'm not confused. The reason for the change would make little sense to you. You would disagree and not listen to why it was so. Why would I waste my time telling you why when you won't believe it any way. Have you ever believed anything Mormons say.

So then why was the name "Church of the Latter Day Saints" at one point?
