That is your POV, a clique is an exclusive club, it is not exclusive at all to call him by his correct G-d Given, did you see that, G-D GIVEN name. No one said you can't call him that. Those who translated the books from their original decided this for you. I didn't let them decide it for me.

In many bibles, the name, THE NAME, or HaShem which also means, THE NAME, the HOLY name of G-d is rendered. L-RD. That is why you will read in some places.

I AM the L-RD your G-d.

They did not use the translation, some use Jehovah which is totally wrong in many ways, others did respect it and put it in Capital letters as L-RD. But using an 'o' in there. Because of todays casualness and forms of writing, I think it best to separate it even further to show the Holiness of it. That is my prerogative and I am not telling anyone else to do it so why do you have a problem with it? You and many others here like to use your own shorthand for things you think are worthy of making fun of and use things like

sab, ULB, Uncle Moses, Judaizers, and other things that show disrespect. That is something to be called on. I am showing due respect to my G-d and that is no reason for a Christian to call me on it unless they don't have any respect for G-d.

You probably don't like it because it does have to do with a commandment, which many of you say are done away with and want that to be true and are pricked in the heart by anyone else that does follow them and doesn't believe they are done away with.

There was a death penalty for this too so it must have been a big deal to G-d, just like breaking the Sabbath by carrying wood, something that could have been done the other 6 days in the week.

No, I don't believe that this is 'done away with', He says he will not hold him guiltless, and I believe him.

If you want to be least in the kingdom of G-d that is most certainly your choice, your decision, and your right to choose, and also your lot for eternity. But you have been warned.

The death penalty was enacted during those days of the wandering. It was in this past weeks Torah portion:

This is what happens when you mix Jew and gentile, but the gentile is not free from this law either.

Nothing personal,it just reminds me of cliques in high school, had there own little expressions.

Are all the bibles wrong?

If I upset Him I deserved to be whipped.

Luke 12:47 And that servant, which knew his lord's will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.

Luke 12:48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

The day will come when Jesus Christ will condemn countless hosts to the eternal fires and punishments of hell.

Eternal fires of hell? Didn't Jesus say people will get out after they pay the last penny? Isn't this the Jesus we are talking about?

"but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. Therefore ..." Matthew 5:22

Matthew 5:22 talks of hell. Then notice the word 'therefore' immediately afterwards. Why is this so important? Because it shows that the parable Jesus is about to give is all about hell. The passage as a whole says:

1. You must make things right with your brother or you will go to hell.
2. Therefore get things right with your brother or you will go to prison (the metaphor)
3. I tell you the truth you will not get out until you pay the last penny.

In Jesus' metaphor about hell, he promises people they will get out after they pay the last penny. That's the Jesus I worship.

I just cant imagine Jesus whipping or stoning someone.

Yet,we see his own laws said to do it.

Try to imagine a man held on the ground, and Jesus draws back that whip, and begins snapping the whip 39 times, shredding a mans back open.

I cetainly can't.Maybe others can.:(

Sometimes it shows (like in the parable of THE FORGIVEN servant WHICH BECAME the WICKED servant for beating his fellowservants) that he simply hands them over to the tormentors

Mat 18:18 And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due unto him.

(This all because he showed no mercy towards another).

Judgment without mercy is shown to those who show no mercy (as in the parable)

Can anyone imagine Jesus saying this?

Deuteronomy 25:1 “If there is a dispute between men and they come into court and the judges decide between them, acquitting the innocent and condemning the guilty, 2 then if the guilty man deserves to be beaten, the judge shall cause him to lie down and be beaten in his presence with a number of stripes in proportion to his offense. 3 Forty stripes may be given him, but not more, lest, if one should go on to beat him with more stripes than these, your brother be degraded in your sight.

Not only that, but why is the guy degraded, after 40?
Like 38 stripes would not be degrading?:D

Sounds similiar to the Lord

Isaiah 51:43 But I will put it into the hand of them that afflict thee; which have said to thy soul, Bow down, that we may go over: and thou hast laid thy body as the ground, and as the street, to them that went over.

Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Acts 8:33 In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth.

Would you deserve to be whipped by Him?

Luke 12:48 The one yet no knowing doing yet worthy of blows/plhgwn <4127> shall be being smitten few. To every yet to whom was given much shall be being sought beside of him and to whom they-committed much more exceedingly they shall be asking him.

Reve 15:1 And I perceived another sign in the heaven, great and marvelous. Messengers, seven, having blows/stripes/plhgaV <4127>, seven, the last, that in them is finished the fury of the God.

You posted it  I was looking for your other one you posted and I caught this one. I didnt see this one.

If I am not mistaken, it seems like the OC Hebrew Israelites went thru the first 3 plagues in Exodus.
In Revelation there are only 7 instead of 10

Exodus 8:23 And I place ransom/06304 p@duwth between people of Me and people of thee.
Tomorrow he shall become the sign, the-this'".
24 And YHWH is doing so, and is coming a swarm/6157 `arob, heavy toward house of Pharaoh and house of servants of him and in all of land of Egypt. She was ruined, the land, from presence of the swarm/6157 `arob.

1. Water Turned to Blood
2. The Plague of Frogs
3. The Plague of Lice
4. The Plague of Flies
5. The Plague of Murrain
6. The Plague of Boils
7. The Plague of Hail
8. The Plague of Locusts
9. The Plague of Darkness
10. Death of the Firstborn

Wouldn't you say though..that the last thing Jesus portrayed,in his ministry on earth, which was an example, would be that of him whipping a sinner on the ground 39 times?

Or stoning him.
