That's not what I see in your posts ...
It wouldn't matter
You bring up a lot of points that need to be considered and it is not that the Nephilim survived the flood, but at some point after the flood, the wicked angels proceeded to do the same things as they had done before which resulted in the Nephilim in the first place. Remember the part of the passage where it was written that there were giants in those days (before the flood) and afterward (after the flood)
this rabbit hole will only lead you to watching YouTube videos of people uncovering obviously photoshopped skeletons of giants.
If the Nephilim word is related to clouds then it is only when Christ comes from heaven that those clouds are transformed by the Light of the sun into something that is useful. Being as the angels are who do not marry is the same symbol as those that are virgins. The Fallen Angels mating with women and making Giants is the same symbol as the drunk Harlot that sits on the Beast that has many heads. They are pictures of sin and it's spiritual effect versus Christ in us the hope of glory.
Probably because you impose a symoblic or metaphorical interpretation on them like you do the Bible.
But those fallen angels were already sent to Tartarus (2 Peter 2:4). With regards to what happened after the flood, the Nephilim were only mentioned and not the fallen angels (Gen 6:4). This tells us that some of them survived the flood due to their angelic like powers. If angels were still doing that after the flood, the world will be back to its former state in no time. What's the point of flooding the whole earth when the Lord knows that the angels are going to do it all over again?
When your eye is single the texts flow as a single narrative becoming summed up in one, and in their totality relative to the process of this truth found in the purpose that God purposed in himself before the world was; a truth opening in us as us.
The scriptures also says that every air-breathing creature died in the flood. That would also include these Nephilim. Therefore, the only explanation consistent with scripture as to how there were Nephilim after the flood was that the wicked angels that had not been imprisoned in Tartarus proceeded once again to produce them as they once did before the flood. Some of the fallen angels may be bound but not all of them. But to understand what led the wicked angels to produce the Nephilim, we have to be clear on what the spiritual and moral condition of the world was before the flood and what it might have been like after the flood, though obviously on a smaller scale.
The purpose of the flood was not only to destroy the evil Nephilim, but the wickedness of man altogether as it reached to such a height that there was no other remedy. We think things are bad now, but we cannot even imagine what things must have been like in the days of Noah beyond what the scriptures tell us.
I lean toward Rob Skiba's view that there was no second occurrence, but still have questions.
THE RETURN OF THE NEPHILIM: AFTER THE FLOOD
I think it's more complex to understand the generations of Nephilim.
1 Enoch 7:2 And they conceived from them and bore to them great giants. And the giants begot Nephilim, and to the Nephilim were born †Elioud†. And they were growing in accordance with their greatness.
According to Enoch the grandchildren where the Nephilim. If the first occurrence was "in the days of Jared", then there is over a 1000 years for the Nephilim to reign till the flood when they were destroyed (though the 1st generation abominations were killed off before reaching age of 500) and we all know how long antediluvian man lived, many almost a 1000 years.
Another theory is through Canaan. Did one of the wives on the Ark carry Nephilim genes? Was Ham's sin related? Who was Canaan and who was Kanaan? Why is Arphaxhad's genealogy mixed up? Og king of Bashan Duet 3:11. Each generation of giants was diluted by humans, but still at the time of Goliath they were still massive.
The Lord only said, "I will destroy man whom he has created". (Gen 6:7)
The Nephilim were never his creation. They cannot be considered "human", thus they have a separate name -- Nephilim, because they are of the fallen angels.
As an example, would you consider "Superman" as a human being? He looks human, but we know he is different. Can he be killed in a mere flood?
However, Revelation reveals that a third of the angels were thrown to the earth after fighting with the archangel Michael and his angels during Christ's birth and ascension. But the Devil was not successful in killing the child. The fallen angels were once again on earth roaming about just like Noah's time.
