did anyone see whoopie tuesday ?

I was reaaly disgusted. Patrick Swayze played an old boyfriend who was now a Christian. talk about cheap shots at Christians.!! i have never liked woopie goldberg but i was very disappoined in PS.

Mavis convinced Tony that he has gotten too extreme in his giving up smoking, drinking, and sex. of course tony was trying to get her to kneel and pray in a bar--yeah like that would work with anyone.

They were encouraging smoking?
I could see them encouraging drinking and sex, that's expected these days, in too many productions.

That show if you have noticed, takes alot of risks and Whoopi is like testing her waters. She makes fun of alot of things, kind of like dry humor. I didn't see Tuesdays show, what happened?

I don't believe she does. I asked for that a while back, but she has yet to post. Did he fall for it? Guess I will never know, since I don't watch the show to begin with.

just saw you r post . the PS character decided he was being too hard on himself and kind of bck slides. the whole show made Christians look like uptight kill-joys.

We can be "kill-joys" sometimes. I'm sure we should be more than we are. Hopefully, no one lost "faith" over it. It's very frustrating seeing Christ's name smeared.
