Every person who has ever lived has sinned except Christ. There is no question about it. It's like asking, do humans feel thirst?

When a person has desire(s), the Devil will take notice and tempt him. If the person submits to the temptation, the devil will penetrate his energy field with an evil spirit. It will enter his energy field and attach to his Aura. This union with an evil spirit is considered to be a sex act with the devil.

This is literally what happens:

Desire
Devil is attracted
Devil tempts you
You find the proposition pleasing (because Sinners get off on rebelling against God's Law, it's a thrill for them)
Submission (agree with the Devil)
Devil penetrates you with his sperm (evil spirit)
You conceive and give birth to Sin.

Your outer behaviour (Sin Baby) coincides with the type of evil spirit that has infected you. You will think, act and even look like the evil spirit that has possessed you. Your new master(s) will animate your every move until the day you die.

This is what being a human is all about.

Gross right?

1 Corinthians 10:13 ESV

No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

Hebrews 2:18 ESV

For because he himself has suffered when tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.

Ephesians 6:10-18 ESV

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, ...

Luke 22:40 ESV

And when he came to the place, he said to them, “Pray that you may not enter into temptation.”

Matthew 26:41 ESV

Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

Galatians 5:16-17

But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do.

James 1:13-14 ESV

Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire.

Satan is certainly the source of many temptations (Genesis 3:1-7; Luke 4:2), James tells us that it is our own evil desire (lust) that is the source of our sinning.

We are enticed by our own desires .. not evil spirits.

I think the subject matter in the pasted image is worth discussing.

I have removed the usernames from the post so the actual content can be the focal point.

So the bible says All have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God.

Is there an exception in this "all" as there is with some universalist texts such as "as in Adam all have died, in Christ all will be made alive?"

Did all really sin?
I think it's a forest though the trees problem. The point is to show that all are in a fallen state and without intervention all are separated from God.

Here's a counter question to think on : did Adam have no need of God before the fall? The goal of the fall account is to show that since all are the off spring of Adam we inherit his fallen state thus all need God's redemption. This is how the ancient mind works and this account was a mic drop answer for that mindset and that is by design. I would suggest however the fall did not change Adams dependence upon God and he needed him the exact same way before the fall as he did after the fall.

The fall account gives us a contrast of what communion with God looks like and what separation with God looks like showing us we are in the latter state in need of saving and desire the before fall state which of course all foreshadows Christ.

Romans 3 re-emphasizes the same point the fall is making that we need a saviour and that really is the point.
