Adam allowed Eve to eat the fruit. Adam was there standing and watching. He is just as much too blame as Eve. Sin is not always in the doing, it is also in the allowing something to happen.

Umm, thats a good one, I can't wait to here the answer.
My guess would be that Adam was a man, and as such was supposed to be the leader of the "family", in eating the fruit, he took the sin on himself since he should have questioned where it came from.
Thats the best I can do.
I have another question, this is more opinion though. Do you guys think the fruit they ate exists in todays society? I personally think that it no longer exists and it was so special because only one tree held it.
The bible says that thru one man sin entered the world and thru one man sin was paid for. This is refering to the man Adam and the man Jesus.
But Eve was the first to sin. So why say thru Adam and not Eve?
