• Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Is this just a place to socialize and not talk about issues in that region? We have ozone issues. We have tollways going up and proposed. We have the future Dallas Cowboys stadium and how it affects the area voting. We have new art exhibits to talk about. We have new parks in DT Dallas planned.

GO Mavs!

Extirpated (EW - lol) I don't know enough on those issues. To much classwork to be that concerned with what's here and what's not yet. The only thing on my mind about locale is "should I walk over to Potter's House or not?" When you don't have a car, you tend not to be concerned with roads. :)

What are your thoughts on the issues you brought up?

Hey, Just wanted to check and see if anyone saw, either on the news or in person, the World's Largest Christmas Stocking at the West End Marketplace in Dallas last month.

Any of you had a Master's Commission team from Austin?

Seen a Brit pal of mine who looks like a young Sylvester Stallone?

He's on their program till July, so say hi if you see him

He's at the MC conference in Phoenix, end Jan/early Feb with Pastor Pete - who looks like a Santa!

They'll run MC year prog near Liverpool, UK, from Sept

Enjoy him while you have him!

Ian
