Jeff, please keep us posted, as you are able. Our hearts are bleed ing for your family. I know something like this touches so many more people than one can imagine. I imagine HIS family is even more devastated than yours. Oh how I wish I had something profound and comforting to say. Somehow, we all know, God is in control!

About 10 Minutes Ago My Sister Was Informed That Her Husband Of 8 Years Was Arrested For Child Pornograpy, She Is A Christian But Doesnt Go To Church In A While... She Is Coming Here In A Few Minutes, What Can I Say To Help Here Feel Ok....please Respond, I Am Sick About Her And Am So Worried.

UPDATE: As of Febuary 11th he has a total of 39 charges of Child Explotation on him, The police found 300 Disc's of Child Porn in his car, he had three on his person, and also had illigal drugs, his court date if June, 14 Continue to pray and thank you all so much for your prayers, I will update more soon, Jeff

My sister Terri whom you all have been praying for is doing as good as can be exspected, she has good days and very bad days, the pressure that was thrusted on here at times is very overwhelming, However I must tell you all this... She is here with My wife and I and is staying the night here and she is going to Church with us in the morning, She said that a couple of days ago she felt as though God touched her and let her know that she need not guide herself and that he would be with her, She began to cry very heavy and said" If it were not for God and Everyone praying for me I couldnt Have made it to this point". Please continue to pray for her and think of her often, Once again I am seeing that prayer is such a powerful tool And I Praise God for who he is and for all who have been praying for her.... Thank you, Also I would like for you all to know that I am printing these off each time their is a full page and I have been giving them to my sister Terri, God Bless You All, Jeff

Christians do seem to talk constantly about mercy and grace, but very little about the importance of holiness and resisting temptation.

Sometimes its true, yes.

Because God has a high standard for us to live up too, many us, in lieu of that standard get broken and disconcerted after a failure, espeically after a failure that is detestable to both God and Man. We need the re-assurance of God's mercy, and love. He does indeed punish sin, and we can look in the bible and see areas of rebuke, and notice that it's followed by a powerful reassurance that help us get back on track and build us up.
