I missed last night's episode (I've got it recorded) so I might be missing some information.

Monique had Mike's phone number in her body when she died.

Monique was not Orson's wife (or at least the one who "disappeared"). It is possible she was another wife of his. Orson did know her, he called her by name at the morgue.
