i had been doing well for a while. i think it's inevitable for me that i go up and down. today i felt down. i just drowned my feelings in food. i havent done that for a while but here i am again. and reading about this north korea stuff is making me sad.

Forget N. Korea for a while, and spend some time reading the last 7 chapters of Revelation Then read the latter half of Romans 8. Jesus is going to return very soon, without any regard to your sinful flesh. He will rescue you from all your diseased body and brain and will resurrect it just as he resurrected His Own Body. If you have the Holy Spirit, your destiny is the same destiny as Jesus Christ, who has gone before you to make the Way HOME.

As one who also suffers from Bipolar, i realize that things are going to come around in cycles. Learn your cycle. Prepare for it.
