Umm...yeah it is. It just started happeneing when a pope wanted to settle an arugement leading to war, probalby the hugonots wars.

There were no wars before the Huguenots? Son of a gun. I could have sworn I read about a war or two before 1560.

Ah, yes. Galatians 2:11-14. If you look at it, however, it pertains to a matter of local parish practice, not a matter of dogma, doctrine, faith, or morals which would require Peter to speak infallibly. Neither Peter nor Paul in this instance was speaking ex cathedra.

Umm, oh, and Louis? Umm, if you could, umm, resist the habit of, umm, starting every sentence with "umm", it would, umm, be appreciated. It gets, umm, kind of, umm, redundant after a while, if you, umm, know what I, umm, mean, umm.

It makes ye sound jest a bit "unidjicated", laddie---if ye know what I mean.
