From my understanding:

1. Presbyterianism (not sure about Reformed Churches or UCC)
2. Southern Baptists/other fundamentalist Baptists
3. Pentecostals/Assembly of God (does not)
4. Some Evangelical denominations
5. Some Holiness sects (does not)

Anyone else?

You may what to double check Assemblies of GOD. I know our church doesn't promote once saved always saved.

If a church has Presbyterian in the title, they are almost always Reformed. Reformed is essentially a synonym for Calvinist--I know there are still some groups who use the label that aren't Calvinist, but by and large Reformed means Calvinist and Calvinism inherently involves eternal security.

Where things get a little more complicated with the term "Presbyterian" is that there's uppercase Presbyterian and lowercase presbyterian. Lowercase presbyterian is a form of church organization that is, as one might guess, practiced by uppercase Presbyterian churches, but churches that aren't Presbyterian can still be presbyterian.

Nope, definitely not. Pentecostalism emphasizes the importance of ongoing faith, repentance, and a transformed life. Pentecostalism teaches that a believer can fall away from grace and salvation can be lost through persistent sin and a lack of repentance and through apostacy.

The Holiness Churches follow John Wesley teaching conditional security.
Thanks for the info!
