Steven Colbert said practically the same thing last night. Except he was mocking your belief.

You know that comedians joke about people making statements like that, right? You know why they get the laughs? Because someone actually saying the things you just said sounds pretty ridiculous to a rational human being. Heck, just last night Colbert had a cake made with Osama's picture on it and the caption "Congratulations Terrorists!", and then followed it up by changing his show's subtitles to Arabic, telling the audience to expect a lot of that in the future. And this is from a guy who is pretending to be a conservative so over the top that it should be obvious he isn't serious. But then I hear the above statements, practically an imitation of his latest show.
