CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Your not getting it! I'm not saying that homosexuals are not people. They are just like anyone else who simply struggle with a sin like EVERYONE ELSE!. Its an abomination to lie but people do it anyway. Gay people are Gay people, WHO CARES! If the Lord askes me to speak to them on His behalf, I will other than that I just pray for them. They are who they are.

"They are who they are"?!?!?! WHAT?! That's completely wrong. Homosexuals choose to be gay, they are not "born that way", and they CAN get out of it. Truth be told, Satan has tempted my friends and I a few times, and I will tell you I am NOT gay.

Gays/Lesbians are not demons, not necessarilly controlled by demons, but they ARE influenced by demons. Demons influence homosexuality completely and every single day. Homosexuality is a tempation and a sick lust of the flesh that is W-R-O-N-G. The Holy Bible says that "a man shall not lay with another man". Clearly speaking (in case anyone didn't get it), than means homo=nono.

Actually, God says to believe in all of Him or believe in none of Him. He does not lie or sin. Open up the Bible to the New Testament, and hear Jesus speak.

You got it a little mixed up. Im not saying that they were born that way. Just like murders, liars, cheaters, THEY ARE WHO THEY ARE...they choose to be that way. If God wants me to say something to them other than His goodness I will...Why get upset? I do not accept...my sisters are who they are...but I still love them and I will still encourage them to pick up the bible...and I will love a homo and encourage him/her to pick up the word...and to dedicate their lives to Christ...What else can I do? Get mad and throw a fit because they are not playing fair?

OK, I'll try to do better with a bit more information as that is what you seem to be sorely lacking.
The discussion is drifting over to homosexuals. Well, it so happens that homosexual men are possessed by THE biggest, 4-star general demon there is. You can tell this by the writings in Romans 1 where it states this and also that they are filled with many other kinds of demons.
God is very clear about this in Leviticus 18. Also, the bible is clear that men taken captive by this demon are brain-scrambled, meaning they are void of judgment. This makes it really hard but not impossible for them to be recovered because they cannot reason unless God heals their mind. They need prayer and a lot of it. Constant daily prayer.
This was one of the 'stoneable' offences in the OT. The reason this kind of sin, as well as many others, was repaid by a death sentence was because, at the time, it was not possible to remove a demon from someone possessed. These big and powerful demons such as murder, witchcraft or homosexuality not only totally ruined the persons life because it took away all control of their mind, but it also would most surely spread to others as in 'a little leaven leavening the whole lump', hence; there was only one possible solution; that person had to be literally put out of their misery. Our loving God could do no less.
It was not until Jesus came along and began casting demons out that healing became possible and now, by his sacrifice, we have One greater in us than he that is in the world and forgiveness so that any can be healed.
The first time a demon was cast out of a man is recorded in Mark 1:23And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out, 24Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God. 25And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. 26And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him. 27And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.28And immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee.
Everybody was amazed because, although there were possessed people before, no on had ever been able to command them with authority. Again, sins came/come from demon influence or possession and demons could not yet be cast out at that time. Certain demons, such as homosexuality, sorcery, murder, adultery, etc., left the individual not only reprobate of mind but also hazardous to the other Gods people in that they would certainly spread their spiritual sickness and infect others and, since they could not be healed our loving God had no choice but to have them 'put out of their misery'.
Since Jesus died for our sins and God raised Him from death to sit at His right hand and that healing from such spiritual possession and oppression is available now? This is the reason we can simply confess our sins and not only be forgiven but also cleansed from all (spiritual) unrighteousness ...but then it is really not all that simple because one must have the insight that they have sinned before they can confess it and demons are adept at blinding the mind of the ones they infect.
[FONT="]Furthermore this was so serious in the OT, somewhere in the laws concerning idolatry it says if someone comes to your door inviting you to come to the temple with them, Never mind getting the gang together to stone them; you were commanded to take out your sword and cut them down dead right then and there!
Demons and demon possession is definately real and anyone who thinks of themselves as a Christian must believe that or, as I said, they do not believe the word of God whatsoever.

They choose to be gay. WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!? That is a ridiculous statement much like saying people choose to have cancer or choose to be mentally challenged or choose to be full of arthritis at age 3. Just ridiculous. They are either born that way or shaped that way be sexual abuse. And God loves them as much as He loves you and probably more because He has to make up for what "SO CALLED NORMAL PEOPLE" do to them.

Not true, but believe it if you wish. You have God in the Old Testament, a wrathful, vengeful, hateful, playing favorites God. You have God/Jesus in the New Testament loving, giving, helping, all good, all everything good. If God can switch then there is room for bend in this world.

number one, i am not going to be watching some show that is about homos....nomore than i am going to be watching a bunch of criminals, sexual, or what have you...sure homos are humans, controlled by something other than natural...i know some people that are homos...nice people...hell is full of nice people ....when you except christ, you are to repent....that means to stop right in your track, and start towards the life of a christian...do a turn around in your life, for the good...excepting and growing with christ...instead of people saying homo is ok, we need to let them know bibically it is not ok...just like it is not ok to practice our other sins...i'm not saying that i have been made perfect in the flesh, because i do sin on occasion...as soon as i sin, my spirit is quick to correct me....

Oh and by the way, if you had read my post, you would have seen that I just heard the singing and went to see and hear and didn't know that they were homosexuals until later. You see, it doesn't show and your very best friend might be homosexual and you don't it. I didn't and you wouldn't because nobody tells us perfect people cuz the reaction hurts too much.
