Democrats support the right to abort which is different than the claim you're making. A Democrat may actually be against abortion personally but not against the right to abort. I'm not sure who you're talking about regarding supporting the black market, do you have sources to support this claim?

Well, there is a loaded statement.

I am for reducing child poverty, better sex education, better equality, and relations between the sexes, longer paid maternity leave for both parents. All of that will reduce abortions better than making them illegal.

The "Dems" seem to be on board with that.

I'm not sure of the specifics in that case but broadly speaking the conduct inside an abortion clinic is not related to supporting the right to abort. the OP making reference to such conduct is a strawman.
