I got delivered from at least one powerful demon, which was affecting me even as a Christian, and affecting my faith.

The deliverance was brutal on me. It took two whole days for my mind to adjust. At first, I thought the deliverance was false or made me worse. But it worked. I was delivered.

Now that the demon is no longer there, I have experienced a personality change. I am much more loving and innocent now.

How do you personally differentiate between your schizophrenia and a demon?

Now that the demon is gone... I'm skeptical my schizophrenia even exists.

But I will stay on medicine for now, unless the doctor says otherwise.

I would say something along the lines of schizophrenia is still a biological illness, with psychological consequences. Schizophrenia may make you more susceptible to a demonic attack but that does not mean that the removal of a demonic force in your life removes the biological mechanism behind your illness.

He is safe with Jesus, and He will guide the way.

What you are saying is correct.

But it's also possible I was misdiagnosed, as psychiatrists aren't trained on demons and deliverance matters.

That is all.

Again, I'm not going to make any dangerous decisions on this matter.
