Delerious - Anyone heard of'em?

Me and my girlfriend just seen them live the other night at some "Aquire The Fire" thingy. They were actually pretty good, and i'm not one to listen to Praise and Worship. They preformed i'd say about 7 songs, and the fans in the crowd seemed to know every song (cept for a new one they havent released called "Rain On" or something like that). So I take it from the crowd that they are a pretty well known band? Anyone know of them?

i don't actually like them that much (i prefer faster music) but just about every christian i know really really likes them....i can see why, the music is excellent, but as i said i prefer faster...

Delerious is cool....they were the first Christian band that I had ever seen in concert....they played at a night club in pittsburgh, pa about 4 years ago and ever since then they have been one of my favorite groups They were the group that really got me into P&W because they sing quite a few songs that they play at our church.

I think there ok but i prefer hillsongs. But i really liked the duet with Darlene zschech at hillsong conference this yr i think its on the CD they recorded that nite but i dont know if its out yet.

i like delirious. Have any of you heard "My Glorious" ? its really good! my churhc doesn't do that song but i heard it at a conference and fell in love with it.

I really get into that song I start singing it so loud that I have to pull my car over and do the pounding on the steering wheel like it was a set of drums, hehe My church has played it a few times and it get's a good response.....we have alot of older people in our church, but they really get into worship no matter what song it is once they learn the words, lol....

I don't really dig a lot of Delirious' new music, but I really enjoy their first two label-released albums, "Cutting Edge" (recordings made while they were solely doing praise and worship) and "King of Fools." The Spirit's really in their worship songs, and it's cool to feel Him move through their music. Some songs off Glo are really worshipful as well.

Glo is great....even greater when cranked up full bore on the church sound system.ye haa

i think they sound a HECKUVALOT like U2....but i've only heard them live, so on the CD they could sound alot different.
