Those experienced Democrats must have done some job testing the machines. Hopefully there are enough Republican observers who can keep track of the ballots until those ballots are scanned.

I'm sorry, what makes you think that in a "deep red Pennsylvania county" that Democrats have anything to do with the machines or that they are all the election workers? It would appear this failure has to do with Republican election workers and Republicans who tested the machines; though perhaps it would be better if we completely drop the partisan rhetoric and hope the situation is handled well by the workers involved, that those who want to cast ballots can and will, and that the votes are properly counted.

I guess no need to be quick to judge or even partisan. Could be coincidence, hackers, tampering etc. I just hope they have the ballots and insure their not tampered with.
