Decompressing after Lost

Hi Fellow Losties! ​

I'm wondering if anyone else besides me needs a "decompression time" once you've watched the weekly episode. ​

Or do you just bounce into bed and fall right asleep?

Over here is on a 9pm on a Sunday night. I just cannot sleep after watching it and its on the night that I need the most sleep!

It always finishes leaving me wanting more so how on earth am I even meant to fall asleep after that?

Usually hubby goes to clean up the kitchen and take the dog out, and I run to the computer to catch up with y'all. So yeah, I decompress before bed. I'd be obsessed with theories and questions if I didn't get them out before trying to sleep.

I also talk it over with my sister during and after the show.

I can't go right to bed either. I usually get on here to see what everyone has to say about the episode. If there's no talk going on then I usually have to watch something else otherwise I can't sleep becuase of everything running through my head.

i have to go right to bed cause i get up at freakin 5am for work, bleh. Buti think in depth about the episode as i drive to work in the morning.
