well, there are the litteral cases of where someone was clinically dead (so far as one has come across, such cases are from surgeon reports), but still came back and lived.

Sure, but can you imagine the trauma to the brain resulting from that? Lack of blood/oxygen = delusions.

I don't see belief in God as the criteria for His existence. You can deny Him if you want, although I would hope you will embrace Him instead.

I think you've taken liberties in interpretting my post to place yourself in the position of a victim. Surely, you're made of stronger stuff than that? I'm sure I'm much worse than insensitive, but please forgive me for my faults.

I don't consider my halo as a sure thing. I reject that ridiculous false teaching of "once saved always saved." I think it takes more effort than a simple mental decision to be saved. We must truly become followers of Christ. He said we must be obedient to Him, not just believe in Him.

Science has gone quite a bit farther in understanding existence than any claim of divine revelations.
